DRAFT MINUTES VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Meeting of the Board of Trustees September 10, 2024 Present: Sandra Ferland, Leonard Charron and Eli Gabuzda Not Present: Sam Vaillancourt and Heather Moore Staff – John Dasaro, Abbey Miller Guest – Jerry Vaisey (Northwest Access TV) Meeting was called to order by John Dasaro at 6:33 PM 1. Modifications/Changes to Agenda The decision was made to table the entire agenda except for an EFEDC nomination due to both the Chair and Vice-Chair not being able to attend the meeting. All agenda items will be moved to the September 24th meeting. 2. EFEDC Board Member Nomination A motion was made by Eli Gabuzda to appoint Heather Barr to the EFEDC Board, filling a Village seat. Seconded by Sandra Ferland. Unanimous. 3. Adjourn There being no other business to come before the Board at this time Sandra Ferland made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Eli Gabuzda.
