DRAFT MINUTES VILLAGE OF ENOSBURG FALLS Meeting of the Board of Trustees Special Meeting July 16th, 2025 Present: Eli Gabuzda, Leonard Charron, Jason Longway Not Present: Heather Moore, David Gervais Staff – John Dasaro, Abbey Miller The meeting was called to order by Eli Gabuzda at 1:00 PM. 1. Modifications/Changes to Agenda There were no modifications. 2. Executive Session: For the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge May Compromise the Position of the Municipality. A motion was made by Jason Longway to enter Executive Session for the Purpose of Discussing Negotiations in which Premature Public Knowledge may compromise the position of the Municipality. Second by Eli Gabuzda. The Board entered executive session at 1:01 PM. A motion was made by Leonard Charron to come out of Executive Session at 2:51PM. Second by Jason Longway. Unanimous. There was not action taking as a result of Executive Session. 15. Adjourn There being no other business to come before the Board at this time Leonard Charron made a motion to adjourn. Second by Jason Longway. The meeting was adjourned at 2:15PM.
