Call to Order Minutes Erie Historic Preservation Advisory Board April 24, 2017 Participating: Jackie Connor, Chair; Dave Snow, Co-Chair; Mark Mavrogianes, Secre- tary; Mike Katyryniuk, Dave Lotton, Sarah Wise and Scott Charles, BOT Liaison. Sherri Barksdale was excused.Deborah Bachelder, representing the City Planning Office was also present. This meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Jackie Connor. Agenda was approved. Minutes for March 27 were approved. Public Comment: Community member present:Bruce Cohen, Hans Bolen and Wolfgang Paul. Hearings • COA submitted by Dave Lotton for 365 Main St. EHPAB approved the application 5 to 0. Dave Lotton abstained. • Residential Tax Credit application was submitted by Dave Lotton for 365 Main St. EHPAB approved the application 5 to 0. Dave Lotton abstained. Members and Trustee Reports • Plaque presentations are suggested for the first Saturday in June. • Town historic reconnaissance continues with almost half of the town surveyed. • Wednesday May 10 we will make a presentation to the Town Tree Board. • We will have booths at Arbor Day (April 29), History Day (May 11) and the Erie Town Fair(May 20). • Our Banner is complete and we are working on EHPAB member business cards. New Business • Current EHPAB officers were re-elected by unanimous vote. • Revisions to HLPNA packets were approved. • We will contact History Colorado to explore the possibility of a program focused on the Northern coal fields. • We will begin to prepare for the next grant cycle to continue our historic survey work.
