Call to Order Call to order time: 6:29 Roll Call: Heidi Short, Dennis Buck, Autumn Gonzales, Scott Charles, Mike Katyryniuk, Eric Smidt, Michael Hoover, Bill Gippe, Tracy Colburn Approval of Agenda – approved Approval of minutes – approved Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items – n/a Old Business – Scott Charles will be taking over the Ordinance update. Michael Hoover to be treasure The EHPAB walked old town Erie, and deemed 16 properties eligible to be surveyed next. Grant requests need to be written and submitted. Eagle Mine – moving forward with survey information. Mike Hoover will be looking into the index to try and locate an old survey before moving forward. Bill Gippe will be taking the end of year goals to the BOT. BOT approved our MPP Gerosa Farms annexation into Erie - no updates. Tracy, Heidi and Mike to meet with owners to have a full understanding of what the expectation is. Letters to homeowners on 434 Holbrook and 574 Holbrook. Group feedback needed by Aug 14th on how the letter should read. Town WiFi – other options need to be looked at before approving adding a wifi antenna to the old fire horn. Dennis Buck is looking into options. EPHAB approved the changes needed to the roundabout in front of town hall. Replacing brick with stamped concrete.
