CALL TO ORDER 1. Call to order time: 6:31 pm – ZOOM – Scott Charles to chair this meeting. 2. ROLL CALL i. Sticker order for 5000 approved ii. Event tent order approved iii. Pop up banner order approved 8. OLD BUSINESS i. No changes to the budget report ii. No changes to Survey notice – 434 Holbrook has accepted the nomination to be landmarked, will be presented to the BOT for 12/8/2020 meeting. iii. Downtown survey grant phase two – Heidi Short has this almost completed, finishing up a few details before submitting. It will be complete prior to our January 2021 meeting. iv. Ordinance update – all eyes from the board and Erica at History Colorado has reviewed and commented on updates. New draft will be submitted to the town attorney for official revision. Final draft will be ready for January 2021 meeting. vi. CLG report – A clearer report will be published that lines out which properties were surveyed, with a highlight for those that have been landmarked. vii. CLG Mandatory Annual Training – everyone must attend a training every year. Next training is 11/17/2020. As a board, we will conduct an in house training together in a special session for 2021. 9. NEW BUSINESS i. Joan Organ has been elected to join the EHPAB. ii. Landmark Plaque order – original company that did this has not returned calls or emails.
