Call to order time: 6:32 pm – ZOOM 2. Roll Call: i. Mike Katyryniuk,, Scott Charles, Dennis Buck, Tracy Colburn, Bill Gippe, , Eric Smidt, Mike Turner, Mike Hoover, Autumn Gonzales, Joan Organ in attendance. 3. Approval agenda – approved 4. GPS mapping – progress on the town webpage, search immediately takes user to the historic board, on the historic page changes were made including dates of presentations. Please send Dennis detailed suggestions if you would like to see more detailed information, etc. 13 locations are included in the tour. Group, please look at the webpage prior to our next meeting. 5. Approval of minutes –November 2020 minutes- approved 6. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items – n/a 7. GIS mapping – some charges are being updated, QR codes. 8. Events Calendar – i. No events are planned at this point. 9. Old Business/Board Reports i. Budget – Mike Hoover – Our budget was reduced to $5000 in 2021. Best to chime in to BOT prior to budget planning – best by September. ii. 434 Holbrook Nomination has been approved for nomination to landmark. We need to get through the fine print to make sure we “name” the home appropriately. We should be able to order the plaque by the end of February. iii. Eagle Mine Landmarking – Eric is currently working on getting more information for the mine, and has been unsuccessful on finding new information. We can look forward to a full report at our next meeting iv. Ordinance Update – SC – It has been through town staff, through town attorneys, a few suggestions have been made for verbiage, and how we will interface with the planning department. More consistency in the direction of contacts between the board and the planning dept. The ordinance will be sent out to the board for another opportunity for review. CLG Evaluation – MK – History Colorado supplied a scorecard for our board, and we did really good. Small improvements need to be made , tendency to lose focus and get off track sometimes, and that Is an area that we need to work on. vi. CLG mandatory annual training for HP board – we will work on this together. One hour per year is required to stay on the board. vii. 2021 work plan – Finishing up some things that we were unable to complete in 2020, plan is still in draft form, and will be presented to the BOT on 2/23/2021. viii. Sites for State/National Register (Cemetery, Town Hall, and City Hall) ix. Eagle Mine shovel presentation to Wise Museum MK – Joan is going to interview Sarah Wise. 10. New Business Board Reports i.
