CALL MEETING TO ORDER II. GENERAL BUSINESS Action: Hearing Office Ablao opened the Public Hearing at 2:30 p.m. on liquor violation by Minors Tavern dba/ MT Group, Inc. . Judge has reviewed the violation and finds show of case for hearing. Action: Hearing Office Ablao interviews Lee Carter in reference to the violation. Lee Carter readily admits that there was a violation on liquor license 42124590000 of serving alcohol to an underage person on April 12, 2019. He is in the court of his own free will and does not have an attorney representing him. Action: The following actions were taken against Miners Tavern. 1. License is suspended for 10 days, 7 days held in abeyance for one year on the following conditions: 2. All employees must COMPLETE training within 60 days of hire. 3. All present employees must renew training. 4. Post signs that anyone under the age of 50 will be asked for ID’s. 5. Signs will be posted on sight detailing violation. 6. The 3 days of suspension to be served July 3-5, 2019. Lee Carter agreed to the stipulation of the violation and will send proof of training to Jessica Koenig. III.
