OSTAB members will review and respond to Monica by email on Thursday, May 10th with recommendations. b) Town Fair – Saturday May 19, 10-4, Old Town, Briggs Street: plans and staffing. Ken will send final schedule by email and follow on up on with staff for maps. c) BoT Liason Report; Nothing to report. d) Development Referrals – Quasi-judicial: i) Sunset: Discussed our field site visit. Will look for new plan next month for further discussion. ii) Erie Commons Filing 4 3rd Amendment: Reviewed respond from developer. Ken to respond, no further recommendations. iii) Flatiron Meadows Filing 13: Ken to ask Staff if open space obligation was met. 8) ACTION ITEMS, SCHEDULING, KEY DATES a) Next regular OSTAB meeting – Monday, June 11, 2018 b) Development referrals are not on Sharepoint. Ken to send email request for referral downloads. c) Request to have Great Ecology prioritize Sunset in NAI update. d) Request an update from Farrell and Nancy on future open space acquisitions. e) August 25, 2018 f) Possible additional meeting in July – Tentative date of July 23, 2018.
