CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Carroll called the May 8, 2018 Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Meeting to order at 8:37 pm. II. ROLL CALL Present 6- Adam Haid, Geoff Deakin, Jennifer Carroll, Dan Woog, Bill Gippe, and Christiaan van Woudenberg Excused 1- Scott Charles III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Deakin moved to approve the May 8, 2018 Meeting Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Woog. the motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Deakin moved to approve the May 8, 2018 Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Haid. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. 18-173 Approval of the March 13, 2018 Meeting Minutes 18-172 A Resolution Authorizing The Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority To Enter Into A Fourth Amendment To the Disposition And Development Agreement With The Town Of Erie And Evergreen-287 & Arapahoe, L.L.C.; Authorizing And Directing The Appropriate Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Officers To Sign Said Fourth Amendment; And, Setting Forth Details In Relation Thereto.
