645 Holbrook Street TOWN OF ERIE Erie, CO 80516 Meeting Minutes Open Space and Trails Advisory Board Tuesday, June 19, 2018 6:30 PM Andalusia Development; Weld County Rd 3 Special Meeting 1) CALL TO ORDER 2) ROLL CALL / DETERMINATION OF QUORUM 3) ASSIGNMENT OF CURRENTMINUTES 4) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 5) GENERAL BUSINESS: a) Site walk in proposed Andalusia development: i) Property boundaries: (1) North – CO 52; (2) East –WCR 3; (3) South – roughly opposite WCR 12; (4) West – roughly mid-way between WCR 3 and County Line Road. ii) Meeting location: west side of WCR 3, near Sullivan Ditch. iii) Explanation of activities: OSTAB members will observe property attributes, with emphasis on the SW corner, where there are 3 ditches.
