CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Carroll called the June 26, 2018 Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Meeting to order at 6:00 pm. II. ROLL CALL Present 8- Adam Haid, Geoff Deakin, Jennifer Carroll, Dan Woog, Bill Gippe, Christiaan van Woudenberg, Tina Harris, and John Ahrens Excused 1- Scott Charles III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Ahrens moved to approve the agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Woog. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA 18-221 Approval of June 12, 2018 Draft Meeting Minutes Commissioner Deakin moved to approve the Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Gippe. RESOLUTIONS 18-223 A Resolution By The Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority (The “Authority”) Authorizing The Authority Staff To Enter Into Negotiations With Taxing Districts Commissioner Deakin moved to approve Agenda Item 18-223; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Haid.
