CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Jennifer Carroll call the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Trustee Gippe moved to approve the Agenda. Mayor Pro tem Haid seconded the motion. The motion passed 7-0 at 6:33 p.m. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Trustee Gippe moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Trustee Harrison seconded the motion. Todd Fessenden, Director of Public Works, presented information on the item.
