Presenter: Josh Marks, Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti, LLP, 120-minute total time, consisting of 30 minutes for Josh Marks’ presentation and 90 minutes for Q & A from the Board of Trustees and Planning Commission members. To ensure all members have the opportunity to ask questions, Sam Light will ask each member to limit their questions to 3 minutes and Josh Marks will attempt to answer each question in 3 minutes (14X6=84minutes). 8:30 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. B. Considerations and Options for Selecting Comprehensive Plan Consultant. Board of Trustees/Planning Commission Member Discussion.
