Executive Session 25-499 EXECUTIVE SESSION: To determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), and to hold a conference with the Town's special counsel to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), all concerning the Erie Municipal Airport; and 2) To determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(c); to consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of real, personal or other property, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a); and to hold a conference with the Town's special counsel to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b); for which a topic cannot be disclosed without compromising the purpose of the executive session. 9:35 - 10:20 p.m. X.
