CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Harris called the February 14, 2017 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting to order at 6:31pm. II. ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Commissioner Gruber Commissioner Deakin Commissioner Woog Commissioner Schutt Commissioner Carroll Commissioner Charles Chairman Harris III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Charles moved to approve the February 14, 2017 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting agenda; this motion was seconded by Commissioner Schutt. The motion carried with all voting unanimous in favor. IV. CONSENT AGENDA 17-073 Approval of the December 13, 2016 Meeting Minutes Commissioner Deakin moved to approve the Consent Agenda; this motion was seconded by Commissioner Gruber. The motion carried with all voting unanimous in favor. V. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. VI. RESOLUTIONS 17-082 A Resolution Authorizing The Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority To Enter Into A Public Finance And Development Agreement; Authorizing And Directing The Appropriate Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Officers To Sign Said Public Finance And Development Agreement; And, Setting Forth Details In Relation Thereto.
