I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Carroll called the meeting to order at 6:59 pm. II. ROLL CALL Present 8- Scott Charles, Adam Haid, Jennifer Carroll, Dan Woog, Bill Gippe, Christiaan van Woudenberg, Tina Harris, and John Ahrens Excused 1- Geoff Deakin III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Gippe moved to approve the October 9, 2018 Urban Renewal Authority agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA 18-368 Approval of the June 26, 2018 Draft Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes Commissioner Haid moved to approve the October 9, 2018 Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Haid. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. V. EXECUTIVE SESSION 18-367 EXECUTIVE SESSION: Executive session to hold a conference with the Board’s attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for which a topic cannot be disclosed without compromising the purpose of the executive session. Commissioner Haid moved to go into executive session to hold a conference with the Board’s attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), for which a topic cannot be disclosed without compromising the purpose of the executive session. Commissioner Charles seconded the motion. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. Also present at this executive session are the entire Urban Renewal Authority, Town Attorney Kendra Carberry, Urban Renewal Authority Attorneys Carolynne C. White and Catherine A. Hildreth, and Acting Town Administrator Farrell Buller. Chairperson Carroll annouced; the time is 8:28 pm, and the executive session has been concluded. For the record, if any person who participated in the executive session believes that any substantial discussion of any matters not included in the motion to go into the executive session occurred during the executive session, or that any action occurred during the executive session in violation of the Open Meetings Law, I would ask that you state your concerns for the record.
