APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Deakin moved to amend the agenda and postpone Agenda Item Nos. 19-507 and 19-468 to the October 22, 2019 Urban Renewal Authority meeting; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. Aye: 8- Commissioner Charles, Commissioner Haid, Commissioner Deakin, Chairperson Carroll, Commissioner Woog, Commissioner Gippe, Commissioner van Woudenberg, and Commissioner Ahrens IV. CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Charles moved to approve the Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Deakin. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. RESOLUTIONS 7:10 PM 19-468 A Resolution of the Urban Renewal Authority of the Town of Erie Approving the Sixth Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement for the Nine Mile Project Attachments: Resolution Nine-Mile Sixth Amendment to DDA 19-505 A Resolution of the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Approving the Supplemental Agreement to the Redevelopment Project Reimbursement Agreement by and among the Town of Erie (“Town”), The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority (“TOEURA”).
