III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Gippe moved to accept the agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Harrison. The motion passed 8-0 at 6:32 p.m. IV. After board discussion, Commissioner Gippe moved to approve the resolution. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Harrison. The motion passed 8-0 at 6:59 p.m. VII.
