CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 29th, 2023, MEETING MINUTES 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. CONDITIONAL USE - 2023-03-CU- SUPERIOR TAPE AND LABEL The applicant, Paul Willis of Superior Tape and Label, is proposing an extension of their conditional use application from 2018 at 30525 Veterans Blvd on tax lot 34E20BA 0400. Their current conditional use permit is set to expire on January 1st, 2024, and the applicant has provided a timeline which includes them starting to build on the property in 2024. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.88, 16.39, and 16.132 and the applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. B. SUBDIVISION - 2023-03-S – FARADAY HILLS MODIFICATION The applicant, Cascade Development Properties, is proposing a modification to their existing 95-acre subdivision named Faraday Hills on tax lots 34E16CA 3000-3400 and 34E16 600. The proposal includes moving the location of the proposed open space, reworking the layout of the lots, and increasing the total lot count from 404 to 408. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.16, 16.52, 16.68, 16.104, 16.108, 16.116 and the applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council, who will hold a public hearing at 7:00pm on Monday, January 8th, 2024, in the Estacada City Council Chambers. 5.
