CONDITIONAL USE – 2025-01-S – ROYAL MART CAR WASH The applicant, Tony Dahabreh, is proposing to include a car wash facility as part of a redeveloped fueling station and convenience store at 605 NW Wade St. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and issue their decision on March 19th, 2025. All are welcome to attend in person or virtually via zoom. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.28 and 16.88, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. B. CONDITIONAL USE – 2025-02-S – ESTACADA COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP The applicant, Estacada Community Fellowship, is requesting to site their facility at 595 NW Industrial Way. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and issue their decision on March 19th, 2025. All are welcome to attend in person or virtually via zoom. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.34 and 16.88, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. 5.
