Approval of Minutes Minutes: Motion made by Peta, seconded by Lund to approve the May 20, 2026 minutes. Vote: ayes--4 4. May Bills / Financials Minutes: Motion made by Lund, seconded by King to approve the May 2026 bills and financial statements. Vote--4 5. ILCC Report Minutes: a. Started summer semester. b. Multi engine instructor grant. 6. Airport Manager Report Minutes: a. Dealing with rodents on grass runway. b. Problems with the copper phone line for card reader, Matt to coordinate new service. c. FAA finished their digging, needs to be hooked up. d. Weather system will be upgraded at some point. Old Business 7. Farm Lease Minutes: King moved to approve a resolution tentatively approving the disposal of real property by lease, accepting the proposal from Thomas Olson & setting a public hearing for July 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., seconded by Peta.
