CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL Minutes: Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Members present: Anderson, Moore, Seylar, Clayton, Condon, Ruter, and Majerus. 2. Minutes of the May 26, 2026 meeting for correction or approval. Minutes: Motion by Majerus, seconded by Anderson to approve the minutes for May 26, 2026. All ayes, motion carried. NEW BUSINESS 3. Facade Grant - 201 S 6th Street Minutes: Moved by Moore, seconded by Seylar to approve the Facade Grant up to $10,000 for the property located at 201 South 6th Street. All ayes, motion carried. 4. 2nd Story Window Grant - 201 S 6th Street Minutes: A 2nd Story Window Grant for property at 201 South 6th Street was presented to replace 13 windows, the double is counted as one window, and includes 2 attic windows. Moved by Condon, seconded by Majerus to approve the 2nd Story Window Grant for the property at 201 South 6th Street. All ayes, motion carried. 5. OTHER BUSINESS Minutes: The next meeting will be August 25, 2026. 6.
