Excel Estherville Minutes Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 8:00 am 1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL Minutes: Chariman Jensen called the meeting to order at 8 am. Members present: Majerus, Condon, Jensen, Ruter, Clayton. 2. Minutes of the April 28, 2026 meeting for correction or approval. Minutes: Motion by Majerus, seconded by Ruter to approve the minutes for April 28, 2026. All ayes, motion carried. OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 3. Business Property Improvement Grant - 16 S 16th Street Minutes: Moved by Majerus, seconded by Condon to approve the Business Property Improvement Grant up to $7,500 for The Collective for property located at 16 South 6th Street. All ayes, motion carried. 4. Demolition Assistance Grant - 927 2nd Ave N Minutes: Motion by Majerus, seconded by Condon to approve the Demolition Assistance Grant up to $2,500 to Sharon Bueltel for property located at 927 2nd Avenue North. All ayes, motion carried. 5. ARTS & CULTURE 6. OTHER BUSINESS a. Headshots Minutes: Ruter requested headshots from each Excel Board member for the website. 7.
