Finance Committee Minutes Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 5:00 pm 1. Roll Call Minutes: Members Present: Tim Ahrens, Julie Clark, Roy Gage--3 Absent: None--0 Others Present: Penny Clayton, Sara Bendixen, Tony Condon--3 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes: Moved by Gage, seconded by Ahrens to approve the Finance Committee Minutes from April 30, 2026. All ayes, motion carried. 3. Consideration of May Bills Minutes: Moved by Clark, seconded by Gage to approve the May 2026 bills. All ayes, motion carried. 4. Bid Tab - 2.5T Dump Truck w/Plow Minutes: Clayton shared the bid tab from the 2.5T Dump Truck w/Plow. We sent proposals to 6 dealerships and received 4 bids with Mouw Motor Corp. as the low bid of $132,778. Motion by Gage, seconded by Ahrens to accept the bid from Mouw Motor Corp. for $132,778 All ayes, motion carried. 5. Bid Tab - Public Safety Facility Concrete Minutes: Clayton shared the bid tab for concrete work at the Public Safety Facility. We sent proposals to 4 contractors and received 2 bid options from Griffith Decorative Concrete. Bid Option #2 with steel top trough drains for $65,000 being preferred. Motion by Gage, seconded by Ahrens to accept the bid from Griffith Decorative Concrete Bid Option #2 for $65,000. All ayes, motion carried. 6. Adjournment Minutes: Moved by Gage, seconded by Ahrens to adjourn at 5:37 p.m. All ayes, motion carried.
