Finance Committee Minutes Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm 1. Roll Call Minutes: Members Present: Julie Clark, Tim Ahrens, Roy Gage -- 3. Others present: Tony Condon, Sara Bendixen, Penny Clayton--3 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes: Moved by Gage, seconded by Ahrens to approve the Finance Committee Minutes from May 28, 2026. All ayes, motion carried. 3. Carrico Heights Minutes: Dave Carrico has offered to sell approximately 15.21 Acres (4.5 parcels) to the City for $100,000 and have the payments be spread out over a period of four years. The infrastructure would need to be finished at the City's expense. Tabled to the next meeting. 4. Language Learning Services Minutes: One of the office staff is interested in learning Spanish through a subscription to Babble. It's $239 for a lifetime subscription. Motion by Gage, seconded by Ahrens to approve the subscription to Babble. All ayes, motion carried. 5. Consideration of June Bills Minutes: Motion by Ahrens, seconded by Gage to approve the June 2026 bills. All ayes, motion carried. 6. Adjournment Minutes: Moved by Clark, seconded by Gage to adjourn at 5:56 p.m. All ayes, motion carried.
