Park & Recreation Board Meeting Minutes Monday, July 13, 2026 at 5:30 pm 1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL Minutes: Chair Ingvall called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Members present: Ingvall, L. Hash, Condon, Welch, Radtke, Ehret. Also present: Clayton, Petersen, R. Hash a. The minutes of the June 8, 2026 meeting to be corrected or approved. Minutes: Motion by Hash, seconded by Welch to approve the minutes of June 8, 2026 meeting. All ayes, motion carried. b. The budget report through June 30, 2026 to be received and filed. Minutes: The budget report through June was received and filed. c. P&R Special Projects Account through June 30, 2026 to be received and filed. Minutes: The special projects account report through June was received and filed. OLD BUSINESS 2. Aquatic Center Update Minutes: Clayton reported that the Aquatic Center repairs are complete. Final invoices have not been received. The diving board anchor system is on order and will be installed upon its arrival. The Aquatic Center has been very busy in this hot weather. Clayton will determine if it is possible to extend our hours. NEW BUSINESS 3. Sweet Corn Days Request Minutes: Motion by Welch, seconded by Radtke to approve a request to use Library Square, picnic tables and either Riverside Park or Carrico Heights Pond for Sweet Corn Days Events. All ayes, motion carried. 4. Foreman's Update  Minutes: An update was given on mowing, tree clean-up & the weed eater was installed on the zero turn mower. 5. ADJOURNMENT Minutes: Motion by Hash, seconded by Welch to adjourn the meeting at 6:26 p.m. All ayes, motion carried.
