Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Draft Urban Form Plan Urban Design staff will discuss the current draft of the Urban Form Plan, focusing on sections related to historic preservation in Eugene. III. Eugene Downtown Post Office Co-Chair Andrew Fisher will provide an update on the Post Office, and then open up discussion for direction and input regarding its preservation. IV. Historic Preservation Month – Educational Brochure and Saturday Market Staff will present a draft of the new Historic Preservation educational brochure, and will receive input from HRB members. Staff will also provide an update regarding the May Saturday Market outreach events. V. Willamette to Willamette Urban Design staff will discuss a new exciting project on the horizon called “Willamette to Willamette.” The project, which will occur on 8th Avenue in Downtown, has a “historic element” that will be the focus of the discussion. VI. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
