Eugene’s Historic Review Board welcomes your interest in these agenda items. Feel free to come
and go as you please at any of the meetings. This meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For
the hearing impaired, FM assistive-listening devices are available or an interpreter can be provided
with 48 hours of notice prior to the meeting. Spanish-language interpretation can also be

I. Public Comment
Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation
issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing.
II. HRB Introductions
Time will be reserved for introducing two new HRB members that were recently
appointed.
III. Overview of Historic Preservation Month
Staff and the HRB hosted a number of events during Historic Preservation Month (May
2016). The HRB will provide comment and feedback regarding this year’s events. Staff
will also discuss additional outreach opportunities that may be available this summer.
IV. Upcoming City Landmark Applications
Staff will provide a summary of current City Landmark applications. Staff will also discuss
the scheduling of a special summer meeting to accommodate HRB review of multiple City
Landmark applications.
V. Urban Form Plan – Additional Page dedicated to Historic Preservation
Urban Design staff will discuss an opportunity to provide an additional section in the
Urban Form Plan that highlights historic preservation in Eugene, and will ask the HRB for
feedback regarding the content.
VI. Info Share/Updates
Time-permitting, HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational
updates to staff and the board.
