Wednesday, May 31, 2017 – 8:30-10:30 A.M – Atrium Building Saul Room I. Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Historic Property Restoration Grant Request – Chambers House The Board will consider an application for a Eugene Historic Property Restoration Grant for repair and restoration of the Chambers House located at 1006 Taylor Street. III. Review of Nomination to Designate Property on the National Register of Historic Places Review of nomination to designate the “Foster-Simmons House” located at 417 E. 13th Avenue on the National Register of Historic Places. The Board’s comments will be provided to the State Historic Preservation Office. IV. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
