Wednesday, August 16, 2017 – 8:30-10:30 A.M – Atrium Building Sloat Room I. Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Introduce New HRB Members City Council selected two new HRB members, Luke Habberstad and Samantha Kalita. The Board and staff will welcome the new members with introductions. III. Training – Public Records, Public Meetings and Ethics: What You Need to Know Lauren Sommers, Assistant City Attorney, will conduct a training for the HRB and staff regarding public meetings and procedures. IV. Staff Update Staff will provide a short update on current projects. V. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
