Thursday, December 13, 2018 – 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM – Atrium Building, Sloat Room I. Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Past Meeting Minutes Historic Review Board will vote to accept November meeting minutes. III. Outreach Staff will provide an update on outreach efforts intended to reach owners of potentially eligible for historic designation. IV. 2019-2020 Work Plan and Individual Project: Check In Staff will provide an overview of past work plans. Historic Review Board members will present on individual project ideas and identify priorities for liaison engagements. V. May Preservation Month: Preliminary Event/Theme Development Staff will provide a review of past May Preservation Month events. The Historic Review Board will have an opportunity to discuss potential events, themes, and planning timelines for May 2019. VI. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, staff and HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
