Tuesday, November 13, 2018 – 3:00 – 5:00 PM – Atrium Building, Sloat Room I. Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Outreach Deliberation and approval of outreach letter and additional outreach strategies to historic designation-eligible properties and identify target geographies, historic themes and/or development periods. III. Historic Restoration Grant Program Staff will provide an overview of similar grant programs. Historic Review Board will deliberate and potentially move to adopt changes to the administration and guidelines for the Historic Restoration Grant Program. IV. Open Meetings Law Staff will provide an informational review of Oregon’s Open Meetings Law provide an opportunity to discuss potential conflicts concerning drafting materials through online forums. V. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, staff and HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
