I. Consideration
18-0264 2018-CPT-01 : Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment Based on Evaluation &
Appraisal Review Per Section 163.3191 F.S.
Lori Barnes, Development Services Director, explained the proposed comprehensive plan text
amendment based on the City's Evaluation and Appraisal Review. She further explained the state
required review of the comprehensive plan to insure the plan is compliant with state law. She
provided an overview of the recommended changes to the Intergovernmental Coordination Element
of the Comprehensive Plan. She stated staffs recommendation that the LPA transmit the text
amendment to the Commission for consideration.
II. Public Hearing
Scott Ales addressed the Commission noting a letter that was provided to the Commission earlier in
the week and stated he would review it during the Commission meeting.
III. Recommendation
A motion was made by Member Holland, seconded by Member Gnann-Thompson, that the
2018-CPT-01 Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment be transmitted to the City Commission for
consideration. On a voice vote, the motion passed unanimously.
IV. Adjournment - 5:55 p.m.
