Holland CALL TO ORDER: 5:50 P.M. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF QUORUM AND PROPER NOTICE 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.1 March 21, 2019 - Local Planning Agency Meeting Moved by Member Aliberti, seconded by Member Morin, to approve the LPA Minutes as submitted. Motion carried by the following votes: Ayes: Member Morin, Member Aliberti, Member Lee, Vice Chair LeHeup-Smith, and Chairman Holland 2. CONSIDERATION 2.1 Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan (2019- CPLUS-04) - 2755 E. Orange Avenue Roland Magyar, Senior Planner, presented the proposed comprehensive plan amendment (2019-CPLUS-04) for 2755 E. Orange Avenue. He explained the request is to change from Urban Low in Lake County to Mixed Commercial/ Industrial in the City. He stated the request is compatible and staffs recommendation for the amendment to be transmitted to the Commission for consideration. 3. DISCUSSION: NONE 4. PUBLIC HEARING Chairman Holland opened the public hearing at 5:53 p.m. There being no public comment, the hearing was closed at 5:53 p.m. 5. RECOMMENDATION Moved by Vice Chair LeHeup-Smith, seconded by Member Morin, to transmit the Small Scale FLUM Amendment (2019-CPLUS-04) to the Commission for consideration. Motion carried by the following votes:  Ayes: Member Morin, Member Aliberti, Member Lee, Vice Chair LeHeup-Smith, and Chairman Holland 6. ADJOURNMENT: 5:53 p.m. \ MICHAEL L.
