MINUTES Local Planning Agency Meeting 5:50 PM - Thursday, January 16, 2020 - City Hall CALL TO ORDER: 5:50 P.M. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF QUORUM AND PROPER NOTICE PRESENT: Vice Chair Emily Lee, Karen LeHeup-Smith, Robert R. Morin , Marie Aliberti and Chairman Michael L. Holland 1. CONSIDERATIONS WITH BOARD DISCUSSION, PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION 1.1 Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan (2019- CPLUS-13) for Property Located on the Northwest Corner of CR 452 and SR 19A Roland Magyar, Senior Planner, reviewed the requested future land use map amendment for property located at the northwest corner of County Road 452 and State Road 19A. He explained they have requested a change from Suburban Residential to Mixed Commercial Residential with a Suburban Neighborhood design district. He stated staffs recommendation for approval to transmit the request to the Commission for consideration . The public hearing was opened at 5:52 p.m. Scott Banta addressed the Board on behalf of the applicant. There being no further public comment, the hearing was closed at 5:52 p.m. Moved by Vice Chair Lee, seconded by Member Aliberti, to transmit 2019-CPLUS-13 amendment to the City Commission for consideration. Motion carried by the following votes: Ayes: Vice Chair Lee, Member LeHeup-Smith, Member Morin , Member Aliberti and Chairman Holland 1.2 Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan (2019- CPLUS-14) for Property Located on 1991 Country Club Drive Mr. Magyar presented the requested future land use map amendment for property located on 1991 Country Club Drive. He stated the request is for an annexation with a suburban residential future land land use designation and a suburban neighborhood design district designation . He indicated the request would be reviewed in depth if transmitted to the Commission for consideration.  The public hearing was opened at 5:54 p.m. There being no public comment, the hearing was closed at 5:54 p.m . Moved by Vice Chair Lee, seconded by Member LeHeup-Smith, to transmit the 2019- CPLUS-14 amendment to the City Commission for consideration. Motion carried by the following votes: Ayes: Vice Chair Lee, Member LeHeup-Smith, Member Morin, Member Aliberti and Chairman Holland 2.
