APPROVED:4/2/2020 MINUTES Local Planning Agency Meeting 5:50 PM - Thursday, February 6, 2020 - City Hall CALL TO ORDER: 5:51 P.M. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF QUORUM AND PROPER NOTICE PRESENT: Karen LeHeup-Smith, Robert Morin, Marie Aliberti, Vice Chair Emily Lee and Chairman Michael Holland 1. CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION 1.1 Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan (2020- CPLUS-01 ): Property Located at 19516 SR 44 Roland Magyar, Senior Planner, reviewed the proposed small scale future land use map (CPLUS - 2020-01) amendment for property located at 19516 State Road 44. He explained that the applicant is requesting a change in the future land use designation from Urban Low in Lake County to Mixed Commercial Residential in the City. He stated staff's recommendation to transmit the request to the Commission for consideration. Chairman Holland opened the public hearing at 5:53 p.m. There being no public comment, the hearing was closed at 5:53 p.m. Moved by Vice Chair Lee, seconded by Member Aliberti, to transmit 2020-CPLUS- 01 to the City Commission for consideration. Motion carried by the following votes: Ayes: Member LeHeup-Smith, Member Morin, Member Aliberti, Vice Chair Lee and Chairman Holland 2.
