UNFINISHED BUSINESS • ORDINANCE 24-09 An Ordinance of the City of Evanston, Wyoming amending Section 9-3, Adoption of International Fire Code, of the Evanston City Code to provide for adoption of the Current International Fire Code by Resolution of the Governing Body. (Third and Final Reading) NEW BUSINESS • MOTION to accept substantial/final completion of the Evanston Roundhouse Trailhead Access Improvement Project and Authorize Final Payment to Maxfield Construction, Inc. in accordance with the Project contract documents. • RESOLUTION 25-01 A Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming ratifying the execution of an Amended Memorandum of Understanding with the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln, Uinta and Sweetwater Counties of Wyoming and Cities and Towns located therein regarding Impact Assistance Funds associated with construction of the proposed Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project located near C:\DATA\WP\FORMS-ACTIVE\001-03_CNCLAGENDA1.FRM  Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming. • RESOLUTION 25-02 A Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming authorizing the submission of an Application to the State Forester for the City of Evanston to be officially recertified as a “Tree City USA” for Year 2024.
