The meeting convened at 6:30 pm with a roll call of Commissioners.
Acceptance of Agenda
The commission accepted the August 23, 2022, agenda.

There were no citizen comments for items not on the agenda.
Approval of Prior Meeting Summary
There was not a quorum to vote on approving the July 26, 2022, meeting summary. This item will be
continued to the September 27, 2022, meeting.
Working session on updating “Hands On!” rehabilitation handbook
The commissioners continued working on updating the “Hand’s-On!” rehabilitation handbook and used
this as an opportunity to add action items for the next working session.
Next Meeting (date and subject)
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 6:30pm.
Staff and Commissioner Comments
The RevitalizeWA conference is coming up in Wenatchee on October 19-21. The topic of returning to in-
person meetings was also briefly discussed. Staff will check in on this and provide an update at the next
meeting.
There were no other staff or commissioner comments.

Commission meeting remotely. Due to the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” Order, we are not able
