Item 3: Discussion on Sign Code Staff has been asked to bring forward information on the sign code in relationship to certain types of temporary and flag signs which are being used within the city along streets. Item 4: Workshop on 2015 to 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update – Introduction and Land Use Element Planning Staff will present information on Population and Employment Growth Targets in Snohomish County and Everett, and on the Introduction and the Land Use Element for the 2015 to 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update.
