The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has submitted a request for the City of Everett to initiate for consideration an amendment to the zoning code to allow a Special Property Use permit in the B-2 (Community Business) zone for buildings or outdoor storage of vehicles, equipment or materials used for maintenance of transportation infrastructure by a public agency. Item 2: Workshop on 2015 to 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update – Elements to be reviewed include Climate Change, Historic Preservation and Urban Design, and Economic Development. Planning Staff will present information on Climate Change, Historic Preservation and Urban Design, and Economic Development elements.
