Item 2: Public Workshop on Trinity Lutheran College student housing The proposal is to change the location of the student housing approved under the pilot project Ordinance No. 3380-14 at the southwest corner of Oakes Ave. and California Ave. The new proposed location is the west side of the 2600 block of Rockefeller Avenue (between 26th Street and Everett Avenue). Item 3: Public Workshop on proposed amendment to the Land Division Ordinance related to encroachments and gaps. The proposal is to remove “boundary line adjustments” from the text of EMC 18.28.305 which requires all encroachments and gaps be resolved before City approval of subdivisions and boundary line adjustments.
