Moore - Historic City Hall Time: 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers - 3002 Wetmore Avenue - Everett, Washington AGENDA -Planning Commission Roll Call -Approval of Minutes -Reports of members and committees – Staff comments – Citizen Comments Item 1: Public Hearing on Amendments to Comprehensive Plan (Land Use & Urban Design) A public hearing on proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan. There are three changes being considered (web link: https://www.everettwa.gov/1481/Comprehensive-Plan-Docket-Cycle): 1. Add East Marine View Drive to the list of Everett’s Gateway Corridors with amendments to the Urban Design and Land Use Elements. 2. Address strategic plans for key business corridors and districts to respond to Mayoral Directive by amendments to the Land Use Element. 3. Simplify the Land Use Element including map designations, text and policies, as the initial phase to look at development code updates and simplification.
