Item 1: Comprehensive Plan Amendments – Shorelines – Public Hearing
A public hearing on amendments to the city’s Comprehensive Plan related to the Shoreline
Master Program update. Amendments include changes to Chapter 1, Introduction and repeal of
Chapter3, Shoreline Land Use. (See Item #2 for action.)

Item 2: Shoreline Master Program – Proposed Action
Consideration of a resolution recommending the City Council adopt an amended Shoreline
Master Program (hearing held on 2/19/19), and amend Chapter 1, Introduction and repeal
Chapter 3, Shoreline Land Use of the city’s Comprehensive Plan.

Item 3: Zoning/Local Project Review Amendments – Public Hearing
A public hearing on code amendments (zoning and local project review) related to both critical
areas and shorelines action, plus minor changes to home occupation permit requirements.

Item 4: Critical Areas & Shoreline Related Amendments – Proposed Action
Consideration of three resolutions on code amendments regarding critical areas, shorelines and
home occupations:
1) Amend Zoning Code, Chapter 19.37 (critical areas) - (hearing held on 2/19/19);
2) Amend various chapters of the Zoning Code related to shorelines, critical areas and
home occupations (see Item #3 on agenda); and
3) Amend Title 15 regarding Local Project review procedures related to shorelines,
critical areas and home occupations (see Item #3 on agenda).

Item 5: Sign Regulations – Briefing
A briefing on amendments being considered to amend and consolidate the city’s sign
regulations in Chapter 19.36.
