Amendments include changes to Chapter 1, Introduction and repeal of Chapter3, Shoreline Land Use. (See Item #2 for action.) Staff Contact: Karen Stewart (kstewart@everettwa.gov) Item 2: Shoreline Master Program – Proposed Action Consideration of a resolution recommending the City Council adopt an amended Shoreline Master Program (hearing held on 2/19/19), and amend Chapter 1, Introduction and repeal Chapter 3, Shoreline Land Use of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. Staff Contact: Dave Tyler (dtyler@everettwa.gov) Item 4: Critical Areas & Shoreline Related Amendments – Proposed Action Consideration of three resolutions on code amendments regarding critical areas, shorelines and home occupations: 1) Amend Zoning Code, Chapter 19.37 (critical areas) - (hearing held on 2/19/19); 2) Amend various chapters of the Zoning Code related to shorelines, critical areas and home occupations (see Item #3 on agenda); and 3) Amend Title 15 regarding Local Project review procedures related to shorelines, critical areas and home occupations (see Item #3 on agenda).
