1. First Annual Forest Hill Youth Summit - March 22nd, 2025
Forest Hill has invited the Youth Council to join them at the First Annual Forest Hill Youth
Summit to meet and greet with others. They can let us know if they can go.
2. Discussion and Planning Regarding the MYAC FY25 Initiative
Craig stated that he wants them to think about what they want included into the Reck Center
that they want and get the plan going. The next meeting we will have a contractor that will help
come up with the Concept Diagram and help come up with the budget to this project to help
get a cost of the Project as well. Craig also explained they needed to come up with a reason
and need for this Reck Center to present to the council for the City of Everman. This will also
first be taken to the Planning and Zoning to rank the project as well. Craig presented the
Advisory also with a piece of property that could be a very good spot for their idea for the Reck
Center. This property is the old football field at the Clyde Pittman Park and is also owned by
the city and would cost no money for this property to use for the Reck Center. The Advisory
Board just discussed the different ideas for the rooms and layout of the Reck Center and what
could be used for them but also keeping it multi-use for these rooms.
3. Discussion related to shirts for the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council Members
City Manager Craig Spencer has announced to the Advisory Council that he will be ordering
shirts for them. The Advisory Council s all in agreeance that the shirts should be blue with the
City Seal on them. Craig will order the shirts and hoping they come in by the Summit.
