CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Mayor Gaylord called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m. Present: Councilmembers Beattie, Carlson, Caron, Miller, and Mayor Gaylord Absent: None Also Present: Planning Director Smith 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Caron moved, Miller seconded, to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5/0. 3. SINGLE-FAMILY SCALE STANDARDS/TASK FORCE Caron would like staff to research 10% of wall open for windows.
