City of Excelsior Hennepin County, Minnesota MINUTES EXCELSIOR SPECIAL MEETING November 27, 2018 Council Chambers 7:30 a.m. 1. CALL TO ORDER Acting Mayor Miller called the meeting to order at 7:33 a.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers Carlson, Caron, and Miller Absent: Mayor Gaylord and Councilmember Beattie Also Present: City Manager Luger, City Attorney Staunton, City Planner Becker and City Clerk Orlofsky 3. Caron moved, Carlson seconded, to continue to the December 3, 2018 City Council meeting, and if there were not enough councilmembers present for a vote, they would continue it to the December 17, 2018 City Council meeting.
