City of Excelsior City Council Closed Session MINUTES Monday, June 20, 2022 Followed City Council Work Session 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Carlson called the closed session to order at 5:54 P.M. City Council: Mayor Carlson and Councilmembers Caron, Dierking, Hersman, and Kurschner Absent: None Also Present: City Manager Luger and Assistant City Manager/City Attorney Staunton 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Kurschner moved, Dierking seconded, to approve the June 20, 2022 City Council Closed Session Agenda. Motion carried 5/0. 3. MOTION TO CLOSE THE MEETING PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. § 13D.05, SUBD. 3(C) The Council entered the closed session to consider an offer to purchase real estate located at 261 School Avenue. 4. CLOSED SESSION FOR CONSIDERATION OF OFFER TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 261 SCHOOL AVENUE 5.
