CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Acting Mayor Caron called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M. City Council: Acting Mayor Caron and Councilmembers Dierking, Hersman, and Tyler Absent: Mayor Carlson Also Present: City Manager Luger 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Dierking moved, Hersman seconded, to approve the November 28, 2023 City Council Special Meeting. Motion carried 4/0. 3. COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP REVIEW Dierking moved, Tyler seconded, to accept Bob Bolles’ resignation from the Heritage Preservation Commission. Motion carried 4/0. 4. ADJOURNMENT Dierking moved, Hersman seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 5:10 P.M. Motion carried 4/0.
