City of Excelsior City Council Special Work Session MINUTES Monday, June 18, 2024 City Hall – 350 Highway 7, Suite 230, Excelsior, MN 55331 5:30 P.M. – 6:30 P.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Acting Mayor Caron called the work session to order at 5:32 P.M. City Council Present: Acting Mayor Caron, Councilmembers Dierking, Hersman and Tyler City Council Absent: Mayor Carlson Also Present: City Manager Luger and Community Development Director Mullin 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Dierking moved, Tyler seconded, to approve the June 18, 2024 City Council Special Work Session Agenda. Motion carried 4/0. 3. PARKING The Council discussed some of the recommendations made by Walker Parking Consultants. 4. ADJOURNMENT Hersman moved, Dierking seconded, to adjourn the work session at 6:32 P.M.
