(a) Dock Policy Changes
Orlofsky explained that the staff would like to move the renewal date up to
September 1st. Doing so would help align the renewal dates with the private
docks in the area. So, people are new to the docks will have more time to
plan for the next years dock renewal.
Staff would also like to move up the non-refundable deposit due January
31st.
Sobiech suggested that we collect the deposit in September when the dock
renewal is decided.
Berghorst suggested that maybe staff should leave the September 1st date
open incase they feel that time frame does not work then staff would have
flexibility to move it.
